Shipping & Returns



We can ship to virtually any address in the world, from our warehouse in Coventry, RI, 02816. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We ship most orders within 2-4 business days so most orders take 7 business days to reach their destination. You may choose either UPS or USPS for delivery. All packages are sent Signature Required. Should an order be returned to us by UPS after failed delivery attempts, etc, customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Overnight, 2nd Day shipping and 3 Day shipping rates are also available for additional shipping fees.

*If you are having your order shipped to an address other than the Billing Address of your credit card, we will contact you for required documentation. Your timely response to this request will ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
  *If you have a P.O. Box, you MUST select the U.S. Postal Service as UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
 Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


International Orders:

Please check with your local government to see what duties and/or taxes may apply. The customer is solely responsible for any charges that may occur from importing goods.

Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You MUST include a copy of your original invoice in the return box, as well as a note explaining why the jewelry is being returned. All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging. 
We will give a refund, minus shipping & handling and discounts. We charge a 30% restocking fee on all refunds or we offer a 100% store credit (minus S&H) for the returned jewelry.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
  If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
