What is a Back order?
If you receive your order and an item is marked as "back ordered" or "B/O", that means that we unexpectedly ran out of our current inventory for that item, before we were able to fill your order. If it is an item that we expect to get in with in 4 weeks, we will make a note of the back order and ship the rest of your order to you. Once we receive the back ordered item back into stock, we will automatically ship the balance of your order to you, at no additional cost to you.
