We now have a Minimum Order of $100. Any order under that amount will be charged a Low Order Fee of $25
Shipping (within U.S.):
We ship most orders within 48 hours so most orders take 5-7 business days to reach their destination. We use UPS Ground, Signature Required for all orders within the U.S.
Overnight, 2nd Day shipping and 3 Day shipping rates are also available for additional shipping fees.
If you have a P.O. Box, we will have to ship your order through the U.S. Postal Service, and there may be a delay in shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Rates are based on the weight of your order as well as the destination.

Rates do not include: additional cost for 3rd day, 2nd day or overnight service, outbound charges, US residential delivery charges, delivery confirmation, oversized packages, additional weight, Saturday delivery, address corrections, rerouting, customs fees and duties, or any other charges or upgrades by your selected carrier.

Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with the jewelry items you receive, we accept returns up to 10 days after original date of purchase. You MUST email us at info@cheapwholesalejewelry.com to let us know you making a Return. You MUST include a copy of your original invoice in the return box, as well as a note explaining why the jewelry is being returned. All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging.
We will give a refund, minus shipping & handling and discounts. Unless the jewelry you receive is damaged or missing, we will charge a 30% restocking fee.
